To ensure your journey aboard Amour Cruise runs smoothly and on schedule, please review our check-in and check-out policy below.

1. Before your departure

Please provide your information at least 24 hours prior to the departure date:

  • According to maritime regulations, all guests must provide passport information or National ID card (for Vietnamese citizens).
  • Please notify us in advance of any special dietary requirements or health concerns.

Luggage:

While there is no strict weight limit, we recommend compact luggage for ease of movement. Secure luggage storage is available at our waiting lounge if you are travelling with larger trunks.

2. Arrival & Boarding

  • Meeting Point: Lot No. 39A, Tuan Chau International Marina, Halong City
  • Embark Time: 12:00 – 12:10
  • Disembark Time: 11:45 – 12:00

Late Arrival / Early Departure:

The cruise timing must be kept on schedule to follow the bay's designated route. If you require a late arrival or early departure, a private speed boat can be arranged at an additional cost.
