To ensure your reservation is confirmed quickly and conveniently, please review the payment policy of Amour Cruise below.

1. Payment terms

Please make full payment of 100% of the total reservation value within the timeframe specified in your booking confirmation. Payment is required after completing the reservation process.

Note: If payment is not received on time and no separate agreement is made, Amour Cruise reserves the right to cancel the reservation without prior notice.

2. Payment methods

Amour Cruise currently accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit / debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express…
  • Cash: payment in cash (VND) is accepted at our office
  • Bank transfer using the details below:

3. Payment for services

  • Prepayment: You may pay all charges before boarding to secure your reservation and ensure services are delivered as requested.
  • Post-payment: For additional services during your journey such as beverages, spa, excursions, you may pay after use by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

4. Online booking via website

For a fast and convenient booking process, please follow these steps:

  • Choose your itinerary: Visit amourcruises.com, select your departure date and preferred cabin category.
  • Enter information & pay: Fill in your personal information and complete payment online via credit/debit card.
  • Complete reservation: Upon successful payment, we will send the official booking confirmation via email or contact you directly. Reception may request proof of payment during check-in.

5. Direct booking at our office

Amour Cruise also accepts direct bookings at our office:

  • Booking: Visit our office for advice on cabin types, prices, and current promotions.
  • Confirmation: After selection, our staff will confirm your booking details and request payment.
  • Payment: Pay directly at the counter via cash (VND), credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

6. Booking via travel agencies

  • Booking: Contact our partner travel agencies to select and book your stay on Amour Cruise.
  • Payment: Make payment directly to the travel agency using their supported methods.
  • Confirmation: Upon receiving payment, the agency will confirm the booking with Amour Cruise and forward the confirmation to you.

7. Fees and charges

  • Service fees: Apply to additional services such as spa, beverages at the bar, transfers, or other amenities during the journey.
  • Taxes: VAT and accommodation taxes are calculated as per current regulations and included in the total cost.
  • Cancellation fees: If you cancel your reservation, cancellation fees will apply depending on the timing and Amour Cruise's refund policy.

8. Special circumstances

If the payment policy is not complied with, Amour Cruise reserves the right to:

  • Refuse to hold the reservation
  • Apply the published rate at the time of boarding
  • Or request additional deposit

9. Payment security commitment

Amour Cruise uses online payment gateways provided by licensed entities in Vietnam, ensuring strict compliance with international security standards.
